Boys on Bikes

My 4-year old son Kyle decided it was time for him to start riding a bike without training wheels ... and since he is fairly athletic, it was no surprised that he picked it up pretty quick. As can be seen in the first picture, it was whooo-nellie to start, but he progressed incredibly fast. 7-year old brother Dirk is in the the last pictures.

Wow! Kyle is only 4 years old and is already riding without training wheels?! That is so cool!

Nice job Kyle! Now the question is whether you will be a pro skier or pro biker? Keep up the good work and come mtn bike with me in Steamboat.

Blimey, he beat me to it. I never rode a bike 'til I was in my teens! Bravo :)

Get him some decent knee & shin guards if he's gonna try any tricks... ribs, fingers, arms, are OK to bash but knees & shins seem to smart forever.

Looking forward to the pics of Kyle getting some big air next :)

Kyle is definitely more of the athlete than his older brother. They are both in snow ski lessons right now - needless to say, Kyle's main "problem" is he doesn't know/want to turn - likes to go straight down! ;-)
